Support Vietnamese community in Sweden

The Embassy of Vietnam in Stockholm not only provides Vietnamese living there with latest information about Vietnam and Sweden but also support them to nurture a safe and comfortable life in the host country. 

Vietnamese citizens in need of acquiring a marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc. can approach the Embassy for instruction and completion.

Support Swedish and people living in Sweden

The Vietnam Embassy is willing to support all foreigners in Sweden whenever they need information about Vietnam and its laws. 

Especially tourist-related topics like visa application, exit and entry regulations can be found on its website. 

Luckily, citizens of Sweden and surrounding countries like Denmark, Finland and Norway are allowed to enter Vietnam without visa if they stay less than 15 days and meet some requirements. 

Apart from the host country’s citizens, Vietnam embassy in Sweden also proceeds consular affairs like visa for any foreigners living in Sweden (for example, a Norwegian living in Sweden can get a visa to Vietnam without coming back to his country).

Working time

The Embassy of Vietnam is available for work and support from Monday to Friday (except for public holidays and special occasions. You’d better visit the Embassy’s website to update all latest notices). 

Official working hours are from 9:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m and 14:00 p.m to 17:00 p.m. 

Please be noted that the Embassy is not open for guests on every Monday and Friday afternoon.
